As a licensed creative arts therapist, and licensed mental health counselor, I am able to work with clients in a comprehensive holistic manner; addressing mind, body, and emotions using both traditional counseling approaches, and creative arts techniques. I have over 18 years of professional experience, and have been trained in mindfulness based stress reduction, and cognitive behavioral therapy approaches such as dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). You will be supported as we work together, to unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back so that you can experience a more fulfilling balanced life, and a positive sense of wellbeing.
